Can I change a confirmed booking?
Yes, but changes (times, route, number of passengers) must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and approval by the Busrapido team.
What costs are not included in a coach or bus rental?
The costs that are always considered "not included" in the final coach/bus quote are: Driver's food and lodging (where applicable); Parking, restricted traffic zone passes, checkpoints, city entrance fees, ferries, tunnels, bridges, border crossings, and other similar expenses; Any route or schedule changes that result in additional charges compared to those agreed upon at the time of booking.
When am I entitled to a refund?
A refund is only available if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before departure, unless specific service conditions apply.
How can I make a complaint or request a refund?
Busrapido Customer Service within the established deadlines. It is important to report any issues at the beginning of the trip so that the complaint can be handled correctly.
